Our office – located in Palazzo Dorottya square in the heart of the 5th district – has 9 full time staff dedicated only to the management of our portfolio and our tenants needs – you will be well looked after. We are native speakers of Hungarian & English and are fluent in French, German, Italian, Spanish & Croatian.

Expats and foreign investors can be weary of foreign cultures, languages and customs. Our staff, being extensively travelled and have experienced life outside Hungary, are on call to help with the frustrations (big or small) of Budapest life and property ownership in a foreign country.

All our assets under management are thoroughly vetted beforehand to ensure we offer only the best and most space efficient apartments for rent. We are responsible for all aspects of the property and its upkeep. In many cases we have sourced, purchased, designed and renovated the apartment on behalf of the owners so we know it inside out, literally.
